Details of the services will be outlined in your individual project agreement, quotation, or invoice.
2. Payments
Payments must be made according to the terms agreed upon in your project proposal, quotation, or invoice. Failure to make payments on time may result in a pause or termination of services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts as permitted by law. Applicable taxes are additional unless stated otherwise.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and code created by AdBrainz for clients remain the property of AdBrainz until full payment is received. After payment, ownership of the agreed project files is transferred to you unless otherwise specified. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or resell our intellectual property without permission.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary materials, information, and access required for AdBrainz to complete the project. You confirm that all materials provided to AdBrainz do not infringe on the rights of third parties.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of working together.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdBrainz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
